These Shipping Terms govern the delivery of goods purchased from nuteroo.com (the “Website”), operated by CARPEBO SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through the Website, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.

1. Shipping Providers

  1. Orders are shipped using reliable third-party carriers, specifically:

    • DHL Courier

    • Box Now

  2. The choice of carrier depends on destination, package size, and customer selection at checkout (where applicable).

2. Order Processing Time

  1. Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after confirmation of payment.

  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  3. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, high-demand periods, or due to stock availability.

3. Delivery Times

  1. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and carrier. Estimated delivery windows will be displayed during checkout.

  2. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

    • Customs inspections or procedures for international shipments

    • Carrier-related operational delays

  3. The Company shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

4. Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order weight, and carrier rates.

  2. Applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

  3. From time to time, promotional offers such as free shipping thresholds may apply, as indicated on the Website.

5. International Shipping

  1. We currently deliver to selected countries within the European Union and internationally where permitted by law.

  2. Customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws and regulations in their country of residence.

  3. Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Delivery and Receipt of Goods

  1. Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping details. The Company shall not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  2. Upon delivery, risk passes to the Customer.

  3. If the Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery and the package is returned to us or the carrier depot, the Customer may be responsible for re-delivery costs.

7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

  1. If a delivery is refused or repeatedly unsuccessful due to Customer negligence, the order may be cancelled.

  2. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.

8. Damaged or Lost Goods

  1. In case of visibly damaged packaging, the Customer is encouraged to refuse acceptance and request that the courier return the shipment to us.

  2. Any claims regarding missing, damaged, or lost items must be reported to us at info@carpebo.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date, in case of loss).

  3. The Company will investigate claims with the carrier and may provide replacement or refund at its discretion.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Shipping Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Xanthi, Greece.
