RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Return & Cancellation Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy sets out the terms under which customers (“Customer,” “you”) of nuteroo.com may exercise their rights regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds. This Policy is issued in accordance with the applicable provisions of European Union consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994).

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

  1. Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

  2. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email to info@carpebo.com) within the 14-day period.

  3. Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

2. Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, as permitted under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

  1. Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as food products, nuts, dried fruits, confectionery, honey, jams, nut butters.

  2. Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

  3. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

For this reason, many of our food products are excluded from return once the packaging seal has been broken.

3. Procedure for Returns

  1. To request a return, you must contact us at info@carpebo.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Returned goods must be sent to the following address:

  3. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the goods were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly.

4. Refunds

  1. Once returned goods are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

  2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  3. Shipping costs paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.

  4. If the returned goods do not comply with this Policy, the Company reserves the right to refuse a refund.

5. Defective or Incorrect Goods

  1. If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund.

  2. You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@carpebo.com.

  3. The Company will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.

6. Order Cancellations

  1. Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting info@carpebo.com.

  2. Once an order has been dispatched, it may only be cancelled by exercising the right of withdrawal (where applicable).

  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of:

    • Non-availability of goods

    • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

    • Payment failure

7. Customer Obligations

When returning goods, you agree to:

  1. Properly package and secure the items to prevent damage during return transit.

  2. Provide proof of shipment (tracking number) for all returned goods.

  3. Accept liability for any loss or damage incurred during return shipping, unless the return is due to Company error.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability for any valid return or cancellation shall be limited strictly to the value of the goods purchased. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Return & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Xanthi, Greece.
