These Payment Terms form an integral part of the contractual relationship between you (“Customer,” “you”) and CARPEBO SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) when purchasing goods via our Website nuteroo.com (the “Website”). By completing an order, you expressly agree to the following terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed via Stripe)

  • Viva Smart Checkout (processed via VivaPayments)

We do not accept cash on delivery unless expressly stated on the Website.

2. Currency and Taxes

  1. All transactions are processed in Euros (€).

  2. All prices displayed include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate under Greek and EU law.

  3. Any additional bank or payment provider charges are borne by the Customer.

3. Timing of Payment

  1. Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed.

  2. The order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and received by us.

  3. In the event of payment failure, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Security of Transactions

  1. All transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted environments.

  2. Sensitive payment details, including card numbers, are not stored on our servers.

  3. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers (Stripe, VivaPayments, PayPal) in full compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Fraud Prevention

  1. The Company reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order if fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity is detected.

  2. Verification procedures may be conducted, and additional information may be requested from the Customer to confirm identity and payment legitimacy.

6. Refunds

  1. Refunds, where applicable (e.g., in case of defective products, incorrect delivery, or valid withdrawal), will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from approval.

  3. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  4. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting payment, you agree to:

  1. Ensure that the payment details provided are valid, accurate, and authorized.

  2. Bear responsibility for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment service provider.

  3. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized or suspicious transactions related to your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or charges incurred as a result of payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

  2. Our liability in relation to payments is strictly limited to the value of the goods purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Payment Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Xanthi, Greece.
